01The challenge

Adult learners paying for a course expect it to be well organized, relevant, and responsive. Materials, delivery, and support all had to work together.

02What I did

  1. 01

    Develop materials

    Revised lesson plans, a 140-slide presentation, and learner handouts, and created course assessment questionnaires.

  2. 02

    Support learners

    Onboarded 30 learners in the first three days, managed the course group, shared tasks, encouraged discussion, and answered questions.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    Facilitated 10+ hours of online sessions and supported 3 in-person course runs, coordinating logistics and communications.

  4. 04

    Improve

    Reviewed feedback from 60+ participants, joined post-workshop debriefs, and revised materials and activities.
